"Three Idiots"One of the best movie of the year 2009. There are many reasons for which the movie will be ruling over the hearts of people.Raju's concept and his way of story telling was terrific,Aamir was as usual and music was as melodious as the floating water of the river. But what i liked the most about the movie is the character called CHATURLINGAM. He is the character who performed the role of typical studious guy who just want to do better than other students at any cost.this particular character identical with the a large number of Indian students created by our rotten educational system. The students who are good at memorizing facts. They prefer to work on the same trends set by his seniors.they do not even take pain to think differently. If someone try to think and do different thing, he is taken as the nuisance. The strata in our premiere institutions getting hefty salaries just start to think how to demoralize the nuisance.To them the famous tag line of Shiv khera's book "GREAT PEOPLE DO NOT DO DIFFERENT THINGS ,THEY DO THE THINGS DIFFERENTLY" Is appropriate if confined to the books only.it has no meaning in the real life.Here the talent which can be used in nation-building treated as the curse on the class,their family and the society.Here i am quoting two examples Bill Gates,Dhiru Bhai Ambani who are not the product of contemporary education system. I start with Bill gates who had to leave Harvard University becoz his mentors did not showed faith in his belief that computer would be the most important asset for any office. But he was stick to his idea and he founded MICROSOFT Company which is a dream workplace for every IT student. Dhiru Bhai Ambani is one of the biggest successful man was also not the product of typical education system.He used to say that he believes to use his physical abilities at his best instead of mugging up his school lesson.Later on he dropped his school created history which is known as "RELIANCE GROUP OF INDUSTRIES". In present era both persons are providing jobs to those who are coming from the prestigious educational institutes.Ironically,the institutes which had not faith in their ideas. I am not saying that they are successful bcoz they were not the product of the typical education system.But the point is this that Bill gates and Dhiru Bhai Ambani could be the product of the same system.If they had been allowed to breath in the environment where they can use their mind at their best.If this had happened then the Microsoft company could be better than what it is today.The combination of free floating ideas of Dhiru Ambani and elegant brains of our institutes could do wonder. But ,still we are mainly focusing on producing the force of Chaturlingams.We still consider it is futile to pay the due attention to the fundas of RANCHO. I hope the policy maker of our country would watch THREE IDIOTS and remove the idiotic things from our education system

6 months vs 19 Years.... Democracy won commoner lost !

"Democracy is the government of the people, by the people, for the people”,the famous quote of Abraham Lincoln is always used by intelligentsia to define the basics of Democracy. The democracy which is the finest way of ruling people in the contemporary world.But in India the different part of Government take pleasure to beat the democracy at every step. The new verdict of CBI Special Court is just another fresh addition to this in which the former DGP of haryana Police Mr. S P S Rathore was convicted of molesting of a minor girl.The judicial process took almost 19 years to reach the punishment of 6 months to a police officer who enjoyed the highest Rank in the State Police.

we start with the legislature part of Democracy. we expect this particular part of democracy to represent the Voice of commoner. In this particular the voice of commoner was meant the voice of family members of Ruchika,her friend aradhana and his family members .But these voices were beaten to almost death. Ruchika was forced to leave her school out of political pressure. Her brother was suddenly a Criminal to Haryana Police and many false complaints were lodged against him. Harassemnet led ruchika to commit suicide in 1993. The culprit of this case was promoted as DGP in 1999 even though it was known by all the parties that he was involved in such a henious crime. Simply ,during these nine years the so-called first pillar of democracy was failed to deliver its due duties.

Then the executive part of democracy was at its worst . Police Department is supposed to play an important role as an law enforcement agency. on the contrary ,here one Police officer holding a high rank was involved in an act of molestation with a budding tennis player.And almost all the police department backed him with their bloody harassment strategies against the victimized family. But still the family took the stance and voiced against the heavy weight police officer. here again the system weaken the the quote of lincoln by just simply defeating the cited cores of the democracy.

Judiciary is also another important pillar of democracy.Here judiciary took 19 years to deliver the justice. and the justice again strengthened the notion that Late justice is the worst form of the justice.The people fighting for the justice must have experienced the heat of death millions time in these 19 years. Ruchika is no more to feel the vibes of justice. Her family members do not know whether to celebrate or devised the futuristic course in this battle.the battle is over and the war has begun for them . All the three pillars are at the guilty end. commoner have no place to go. the people mentioned in Abraham's definition of democracy has no place in practical applications of democracy. so,the above said definition must be replaced by the definition,"Democracy is the government of the politicians,by the bureaucrats and for the corrupt judges"
