Action Aid India – Action Aid India (AAI) is an international organization fighting against global poverty in over 40 countries. In India, AAI is involved with more than 300 civil society organizations and 12 million poor and excluded people in 24 states. AAI works with the population having problems like chronic hunger, HIV/AIDS or disability, migrant and bonded labor, drop out children, city-dwellers without a home, and people whose land or livelihood is under threat. The organization is working with the mission to create an environment where one can take its own decisions with out external help
